By using Background Remover at bgremover.sortout.app, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

1. Use of Service

Background Remover is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use this tool to remove backgrounds from images you own or have the rights to process. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or process images you do not own or have rights to
• Upload illegal content, including content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to overload, attack, or circumvent our systems
• Automate bulk requests in a way that degrades service for other users

2. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership and copyright of all images you upload. We claim no rights over your content. Images are deleted immediately after processing (see our Privacy Policy).

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Background removal quality depends on the image — subjects with complex edges or backgrounds similar in colour to the foreground may produce imperfect results.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, sortout.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed zero, as the service is free.

5. Privacy

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
